Jan Scancarello
RDA
Office Manager

Jan has been in the orthodontic field for over 30 years. She started as a chairside assistant, and moved into the office manager position utilizing those skills to help with the understanding of practice management. She is the treatment and financial coordinator, and enjoys meeting the new patients and families. Due to her varied skills in every area of the practice, she can be seen in the lab as well as the clinical floor. Being a Healdsburg area resident for 30 years, the fun part of the job is seeing the beautiful new smiles around town. On weekends Jan can be found competing her dogs in agility trials, showing in equestrian events, or hanging out with friends and family.

Eliana Torres
RDA

Eliana is a current graduate of the S.R.J.C. Dental assisting program. She is very much a people person, enjoying getting to know the patients and creating a warm and friendly experience.  Eliana's bilingual skills enable her to help with our Spanish speaking patients.   In her spare time, she like tennis, cycling, running and spending time with her family and close friends.

Karly Avery

Karly is a long time Windsor resident. She began her dental career in 1999, and went on to graduate from the SRJC dental assisting program. She enjoys the fast pace and bright smiles of orthodontics. When not at work, Karly spends her time chasing after two small children or doing endless restoration projects on her 100 year old farmhouse.

Kathleen "Kathy" Ponzo

Clinical Assistant

Kathy has worked as a chairside assistant in both General and Orthodontic offices since 1971. Being a third generation Healdsburg native, she enjoys working with all her friends and extended Healdsburg family. Spare time is spent cooking, gardening, scuba diving, skiing and spending time with her family.
